Because our products are cloud-hosted software applications, no physical shipments, boxed media, or tangible parcels are shipped, and customers are never charged shipping or handling fees.

1.1 Method of Service Delivery

Upon completing subscription registration or submitting an authorized payment via our payment gateways, service fulfillment occurs as follows:

• Electronic Account Provisioning: Your cloud tenant instance is provisioned automatically within 0 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Electronic Delivery of Credentials: The primary administrative login credentials, secure account verification token, and workshop onboarding links are immediately dispatched to your verified registration email and SMS/WhatsApp mobile contact.
• Subscription Invoices: Official digital subscription invoices and payment confirmations bearing your transaction reference are generated and emailed instantaneously upon successful settlement.
• Software Updates: All software updates, security patches, apparel template catalogs, and feature expansions are deployed continuously over the cloud without requiring manual installation or downtime.

1.2 Professional Services & Workshop Training Delivery

Where a vendor purchases optional professional onboarding, tailor staff training, or measurement register data migration services:

• Our dedicated technical deployment team contacts the vendor within 24 to 48 business hours of purchase to schedule dedicated screen-share or remote video sessions.
• On-site deployment sessions for regional studios and flagship boutiques are coordinated in advance per mutual schedule agreement.

1.3 Resolution for Delayed Account Access or Provisioning

If you have completed your payment but have not received your account activation credentials within 15 minutes, please:

2.1 Currency & Regional Billing Support

Subscription fees are automatically displayed and settled in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) for domestic workshops. For international clients, multi-currency processing is supported in USD, AED, SAR, GBP, EUR, CAD, and INR via automated exchange conversion through our secure payment gateway partners.

3. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Tailor Flow, customer satisfaction is our paramount priority. We provide a risk-free commercial trial and a transparent, unequivocal refund policy for all subscription purchases.

3.1 Initial Subscription Cooling-Off Period

Every new paying subscriber enjoys an unconditional 30-day cooling-off evaluation period starting from the date of initial payment. If during this 30-day window you determine that the software does not suit your operational workflow, you are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee paid.

3.2 Subscription Cancellation Terms

• Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty through your Vendor Settings → Subscription panel or by emailing info@tailor-flow.com.
• No Automatic Penalty: Upon cancellation, no further automated recurring billing will occur. Your workshop access will remain fully functional until the end of your currently paid billing period.
• Renewal Charges: If your subscription auto-renewed and you intended to cancel, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided no significant new operational order volume was processed under that renewal cycle.

3.3 Ineligible & Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not granted in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-party carrier consumable costs (such as SMS and WhatsApp messaging credit bundles that have already been dispatched through telecom gateways).
• Dedicated custom software engineering or bespoke integrations where professional labor has already been executed and signed off.
• Refund requests made after the expiration of the 30-day guarantee period.

3.4 Refund Disbursement Method & Timelines

• Disbursement Method: All approved refunds are credited back exclusively to the original payment method utilized during checkout (Credit/Debit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, or Mobile Wallet). We do not disburse refunds to third-party accounts for anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.
• Processing Turnaround: Tailor Flow initiates refunds within 24 to 48 business hours of approval. Depending on your issuing bank or payment gateway settlement schedule, the funds will reflect on your statement within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Privacy Policy

Tailor Flow ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Winkplan Technologies, is committed to safeguarding the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data entrusted to us by our vendor shops and their end customers. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and protect your information.

4.1 Information We Collect

• Account & Registration Information: Business name, shop owner's name, physical shop address, email address, mobile phone number, and account passwords (stored using salted cryptographic hashing).
• Vendor Operational Data: Customer contact details, garment measurement specifications, digital styling sketches, audio voice notes, fabric inventory records, purchase invoices, and staff piece-rate wage logs entered into the ERP.
• Billing & Payment Data: Subscription invoice history, transaction identifiers, payment timestamps. Note: Sensitive payment card numbers, expiry dates, and CVVs are processed directly by certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways and are never stored on Tailor Flow servers.
• Technical Diagnostics: IP address, device type, browser specifications, login timestamps, and error diagnostic logs used strictly to ensure platform security and performance optimization.

4.2 Purpose of Data Processing

We process collected data solely for the following legitimate business purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and deliver the core ERP and POS functionality.
• To synchronize customer sizing profiles, sketches, and audio instructions across your registered workshop devices.
• To issue official invoices, process subscription renewals, and provide customer support.
• To send critical system alerts, data backups, and security notices.

4.3 Data Security & Encryption Standards

• In-Transit Encryption: All communications between your browser/devices and Tailor Flow servers are encrypted via TLS 1.3 / HTTPS using 256-bit encryption.
• At-Rest Security: Enterprise databases are hosted within secure, audited data centers with automated encrypted daily backups and strict firewall isolation.
• Role-Based Access Control: Only authorized staff members designated by the vendor shop owner can access internal workshop records. Tailor Flow technical personnel access vendor accounts only upon explicit request for troubleshooting assistance.

4.4 Data Retention & Vendor Rights

• Right to Export: Vendors may request a complete export of their customer records, sizing vault data, and transaction histories in standard format (CSV/Excel) at any time.
• Right to Erasure: Upon account cancellation or written request, vendors may demand permanent deletion of all stored customer measurements and account records from our production databases within 30 days.
• Cookies: We use strictly essential cookies and local browser storage to manage user authentication sessions and maintain UI preferences. We do not employ third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Vendor", "User", or "Customer") and Tailor Flow / Winkplan Technologies ("Tailor Flow", "we", "us"). By accessing, creating an account, or purchasing any subscription license on Tailor Flow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

5.1 Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your vendor account.
• You must notify Tailor Flow immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

5.2 Software License & Service Availability

• Tailor Flow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to access and use the cloud ERP platform according to your subscribed plan tier.
• We target an annual cloud uptime service level agreement (SLA) of 99.9%, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which will be announced in advance.

5.3 Acceptable Use Policy

Vendors agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent business practices.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract the proprietary source code of the Tailor Flow application.
• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or lease access to the platform to unauthorized third parties.
• Introduce malicious software, scrapers, automated crawlers, or conduct denial-of-service attempts against our infrastructure.

5.4 Subscription Fees, Billing & Taxes

• Subscription charges are billed in advance for the recurring term chosen (30-Day or Annual).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• All applicable taxes, duties, and government levies are assessed in compliance with applicable provincial and federal regulations.

5.5 Intellectual Property Rights

• Tailor Flow Property: All trademarks, logos, visual designs, software algorithms, stylesheets, database schemas, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Winkplan Technologies.
• Vendor Property: All client names, sizing measurements, audio memos, custom sketches, order records, and branding uploaded by the vendor remain the exclusive intellectual property of the vendor.

5.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Tailor Flow and Winkplan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data corruption, or operational interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by the vendor in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

5.7 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
